I tried every possible solution but I end up getting nothing, tried talking to the support and they offered me to replace it and then covid-19 came and I couldn't do anythingĬlean install windows 10 using the (Creation tool and then hit upgrade this PC then keep NOTHING) and (download all the drivers you need except icue and put them in another partion or a usb before doing the clean install) just wait for it to download the updates and unplug the headset usb, after that just wait for it to be done and install your drivers(DO NOT INSTALL ICUE) after that restart and plug it in.
